for 333r Platform Use

01 Definitions

Throughout this Agreement, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "333r", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 333r gaming platform, accessible at https://333r.bio, and all sub-pages, services, and features operated thereunder.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by 333r.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon completing 333r's registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to any promotional value credited to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real-money balance.
• "Gaming Services" means all products offered by 333r, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino, slot games, and any other gambling-adjacent features.
• "Applicable Laws" means all international regulations, licensing conditions, and jurisdictional rules to which 333r is subject by virtue of its international operating licence.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification processes that 333r is obligated to conduct under its licensing requirements.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 333r website, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement. Your continued use of 333r following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 333r platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account. 333r does not accept conditional acceptance — use of the platform constitutes full and unconditional agreement to all terms herein.

03 Eligibility

To register and use 333r's Gaming Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 333r strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 333r or any of its affiliated companies, and you are not an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in or accessing 333r from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You have not previously had a 333r Account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are gambling voluntarily, understanding that gambling involves real financial risk.

333r reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

04 Account Registration

Each Player may register only one Account on 333r. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing account management:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 333r will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
3. Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify 333r support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 333r support is available 24/7 via live chat.
4. KYC Verification: 333r is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time 333r deems necessary.
5. Duplicate Accounts: If 333r identifies that a Player holds more than one Account — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — all associated Accounts may be suspended and all balances within them may be forfeited pending investigation.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 333r are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 333r currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed at the cashier.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the 333r cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited and may be returned subject to a processing delay.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. 333r does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. 333r may require you to withdraw to a different method only in exceptional circumstances and with documented justification.
• Source of Funds: 333r may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds used for deposits at any time, particularly for high-value transactions. This requirement arises from 333r's obligations under its international licence's anti-money laundering provisions.
• Void Transactions: Any deposit made using fraudulent payment credentials, stolen funds, or through a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be voided, the Account suspended, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

333r offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Credits that are not wagered within the stated time limit will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Contribution percentages are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Withdrawal Cap: Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from Bonus Credits may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit. Any amount exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account balance at the time of withdrawal.
• Abuse: 333r takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: hedging bets using a bonus balance, registering multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, coordinating with other Players to exploit a promotion, or placing low-variance bets designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine play. Upon detection of bonus abuse, 333r reserves the right to remove all bonus and associated winnings and permanently close the Account.
• No Entitlement: No Player has an entitlement to receive any bonus or promotion. 333r may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Accounts.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all 333r products. Product-specific rules (cricket, live casino, slots) are published separately in the relevant game or market help sections.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is not accepted until 333r's system confirms the bet and provides a transaction reference. 333r reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of an obvious error in odds or game configuration — including but not limited to pricing errors, technical glitches, or manifest mis-priced markets — 333r reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Insufficient Funds: Any bet placed that would cause a Player's real-money Balance to fall below zero will be automatically rejected by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring sufficient Balance before placing wagers.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold defined in 333r's event rules, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
• Maximum Payout: 333r applies maximum single-event and aggregate daily payout limits. Current payout limits are displayed in the sportsbook and casino help sections. 333r is not obligated to pay winnings that exceed these stated limits.
• Casino RNG: All 333r slot and non-live casino games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the respective game information panels.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333r platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawful means.
• Using the 333r platform to launder proceeds of crime or to facilitate any transaction connected to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events on which you have placed bets on 333r.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an advantage over 333r or other Players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or payment processing anomalies for financial gain, regardless of whether the exploitation was discovered immediately or after the fact.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 333r staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform beyond your authorised user permissions or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with 333r's software or systems.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333r platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game software, user interface design, written content, data, and compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 333r or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333r platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any 333r content without express written permission.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice appearing on the platform.
• Use 333r's name, logo, or brand identity in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 333r intellectual property constitutes an infringement of 333r's rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

333r collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the 333r platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 333r uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and age as required under KYC obligations.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and wager transactions.
• Comply with regulatory reporting obligations under 333r's international licence.
• Communicate with you regarding your Account, transactions, and platform updates.
• Detect and investigate fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct.
• Improve 333r's products and services through anonymised analytics.

11 Responsible Gaming

333r is firmly committed to responsible gaming and to minimising gambling-related harm. The following provisions form part of 333r's legal and operational obligations under its international licence:

• Age Verification: 333r employs robust age verification measures to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Players who are found to be underage will have their Accounts immediately closed and funds returned to the originating payment method where legally permissible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently through their Account settings or by contacting 333r support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no re-registration will be permitted.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account dashboard. Once set, a limit can only be decreased immediately; any increase to a limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 333r's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333r expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage of any kind.
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, server failures, or connectivity issues — whether affecting gameplay, bet placement, or access to Account funds — where 333r has acted with reasonable care to maintain platform availability.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on information, statistics, or content displayed on the platform that is subject to typographical or data feed errors.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 333r's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.

13 Account Closure & Suspension

333r reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transaction from a Player's payment provider.
• Regulatory direction or court order requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Player request for self-exclusion or voluntary Account closure.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting 333r's 24/7 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Credits are forfeited upon Account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

333r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 333r will notify Players via a prominent notice on the platform, via Account notification, or by email to the registered address on file.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 333r platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.

333r recommends that all Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333r holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and 333r, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Players must first submit a written complaint to 333r's support team, providing full details of the dispute including transaction references and relevant dates. 333r will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours.
2. Internal Review: 333r will conduct a full internal review of the complaint and provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If a Player is not satisfied with 333r's internal resolution, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body under whose authority 333r operates. Details of the applicable regulator are available on request from the 333r support team.

Players agree that any dispute shall be handled individually and not as part of a class action, consolidated claim, or representative proceeding.
